I am thinking of that moment in time when there is no backend, no code, and "the specs are coming soon", but #managers want to show progress in their reports. What do you do? How do you untie this knot? Share your thoughts in the comments. I am really curious to know.

Democracy is something you need to take good care of. Sometimes you get it wrong, then you get it right, then you get it wrong again, but you do not give up on it just because it's hard. You need to make an effort to protect it, sometimes you have to fight for it.

Here's a simple test. Leaders who are able to peacefully pass power to the next leader elected by the people and live without threat of legal action, incarceration, or assassination are probably decent protectors of democracy.

Tips for interviewees: 1. Be honest about the skills you don't have. If I want to talk to you based on your CV, I already know that your exp. doesn't match the job spec. That's OK, I am seeing potential to upskill you if you can convince me the rest of your skills are solid.
