If you're aiming for a remote junior role, take writing seriously. It's how distributed teams do most of their work: pull requests, docs, the daily back-and-forth. Someone who can explain their thinking clearly in writing is a real green flag for anyone hiring onto a remote team.

Focus states are easy to forget, but they deserve as much care as hover states. A project can feel polished until you try navigating it with a keyboard and realize you have no idea where you are on the page 🧵
