Yulia Mendel, even when she was Zelensky's press secretary, wasn't particularly intelligent or quick-witted. Let's recall how she blamed her boss when the Zhukov monument was demolished in Kharkiv. She called it a "result of an ill-conceived humanitarian policy in the country in recent years".
But she didn't get any smarter after her resignation. Let's recall quotes from her controversial book:
