I was 165kg+ in that first pic in 2022 (apologies to Eddie for cutting him out) Today i'm at 98kg in that second pic I still have some way to go. I don't really take pics so never really compared but took that one bottom right today cause I almost didn't recognise myself when I sat down for a set and it's actually mental looking back. I only started weighing and trying to lose weight in 2024 so this is progress over 2 years through walking/eating better then gym/PT for the last 6 months If someone who has no motivation (blame depression/anxiety medication down the years) and had incredible pain to push through to get started.. can lose the size of some humans in weight. You can to if you're looking to start, just don't rush things and go at your own pace
