No one is harder on dishonest estate agents than me. They ruin lives. No one promotes great estate agency more than me. They change lives for the better. Cheap estate agents are (usually) the worst culprits. Look how much they have to do, all of it at risk of being unpaid if the deal falls through. It's a harder and more important job than anyone realises. (I couldn't do it.)
