I took creatine daily for years. Every trainer recommended it and every study "supported" it.
Then I actually looked at how it's made.
Sodium sarcosinate (a cosmetic surfactant) plus cyanamide (a fertilizer chemical), mixed in a steel reactor at 70 degrees, pH-adjusted with acid, crystallized into the white powder you scoop into your shake.
That's what's in the tub. Not steak.
Pattern I see with every exec on creatine now is they get bloating, gut inflammation, and kidney stress. None of that from eating actual meat.
The chemistry may be identical on paper. The biology isn't.

Was at the bar with a buddy this weekend talking to a few ladies. He mentioned he played college sports and eventually said I did too. They then guessed I either swam or ran track… mission complete (lean ma aesthetic). Once I said football they thought I was lying until I finally showed pictures. It can be done, completely alter yourself and form a new identity.

Client Spotlight: James Davis (Down 40LBs in 4 Months)
We started working together back in June of 2025 when James was pushing to gain weight for the fall football season. Once he was ready to move on from football and drop the lineman weight we got cooking.
