It is infinitely easier to make this happen by designing a box that the ball has to simply touch to count as a strike. You start factoring in the fact the ball is round not flat so deciding in real time quickly how much of a balls volume touches inside the box is way more difficult.

In this instance, less than 0.5% of the ball has actually touched zone. It does't seem justifiable to reverse the umpire's call. The ABS system calculates inches & surface data. I think the rules should be adjusted, so that 25% of the ball must be in the zone for a strike.

My two biggest pet peeves are people doing a task poorly and not asking/accepting help, and people who are fucking everything up but think they’re helping and then get mad because “they’re just trying to help”.

You may not like it but protecting a half billion dollar QB is very important. Idk if you forgot but our offense is objectively insane when hes passing from the protection of even a mediocre line. Also at this point comparing his two coaching stints is like comparing apples to walnuts.
