You have to invest 90% in their private credit fund (with a stated 8.5% yield, for all we know could contain toxic assets). That's all of the borrowed money and 50% of your own money. Absolutely disgusting. For every $1 you deposit in your IRA, Basic Capital will match $4 as a loan. But interest on that loan is 6.26% and the account costs $300/year to maintain. Plus, they charge 0.50%/year on the investments and take 5% of your gains. GTFOH.

Please stop misleading people about the APY of the farms @Tara_Swap @taraxa_project. If you divide $898 (weekly reward) / $130K (TVL), it is 35% APY NOT 2000%+. Also impossible for the 24h fees to be $9.4K on 31K volume @ a 0.3% fee. The actual 24h fee is $94! $TARA #Tara #Taraxa

@centrifuge Bullish. It's only logical that $CFG move to $ETH which is the gold standard for institutional grade DeFi, and eliminate the dual token $WCFG / $CFG structure. Aren't @centrifuge's smart contracts already written in Solidity / EVM, even though Centrifuge was a parachain on DOT?

Token incentives are given out on a per-staker basis, meaning that regardless of the liquidity in the pools, the total rewards are distributed between LP-ers that participate in the incentive, and this is reflected in the APY calculation. If one LP-er provides $1 of liq but no other person partakes in the incentive, the full reward goes to that one LP-er. Dividing by liquidity is not the right way to calculate APY on Taraswap farms.
