The prospectus discloses 7 pending or recently settled litigation cases as at 31 December 2025
1. Frank Vardon, Andrew Vardon & Regional Vardon v Kasapreko & 45 othersA property dispute involving Kasapreko's operational office in Takoradi. Kasapreko is merely a tenant and has been named as a nominal party the landlord is contesting the suit separately. The case has been set down for trial. The prospectus states it poses no threat to assets or liabilities.
2. Kasapreko v Edisamco Limited & AnotherKasapreko sued to recover a debt of GHS 176,702.68 for goods sold on credit. This case has been settled. The defendant paid GHS 80,000 to Kasapreko.
3. Kasapreko v David Amemakalor & AnotherKasapreko sued to recover GHS 398,719.18 in unpaid credit sales. Kasapreko has obtained judgment, but the defendant cannot be located and his assets cannot be traced for enforcement.
4. Stanbic Bank Ghana v Caltech Ventures & KasaprekoStanbic sued to recover GHS 4,000,000 owed by Caltech (a company acquired by a Kasapreko director, Dr. Kwabena Adjei) before the acquisition. Kasapreko was named as a co-defendant. This case has been settled and the amount paid to Stanbic.
5. Curtis Osei-Owusu v KasaprekoA plaintiff sued Kasapreko for unauthorized use of his artistic work featuring musician Shatta Wale. Settled — Kasapreko paid GHS 200,000 to the plaintiff.
6. Samuel Owusu v KasaprekoKasapreko took possession of a plaintiff's land and shops in satisfaction of a debt owed to it. The plaintiff sued. Settled. The plaintiff paid the outstanding amount.
7. Andop Company LTD v KasaprekoA dispute linked to a project involving the husband of a former HR manager/lawyer at Kasapreko. Kasapreko says it should not have been named as a party, has not appeared in court, and is unaware of the current status.
Overall, the prospectus states that Kasapreko does not believe any of these cases pending or settled will have a significant effect on its financial position or profitability. Most are resolved, minor in value, or cases where Kasapreko is a peripheral party. The most notable one to watch would be the Vardon property dispute and the Andop case, both of which remain unresolved.

Does Kasapreko Plc have any legal issues? Yes, but the company believes that those legal issues can not affect the company in any way so no cause of concern
