@campuscodi It's been almost 2 years since I worked at a security startup and every now & then I worry I'm way out of the loop. Then I check in, see #Emotet trending, and realize, nope, folks are still just enabling macros & no one can figure out what to do about it.

I've made tons of risotto, but never knew the reason for sautéing the rice first. HT @bonappetit - Coating grains with oil before adding any liquid helps the rice cook evenly so that the outside does not become mushy before the center is tender. bonappetit.com/recipe/risotto…
