@Marcus70672192 The issue for me is the multiple occasions in which players have been sent off for fouls on the half way line. 6 months ago this wouldn’t even be a discussion but since the trusty red it has just spiralled totally out of control imo

@jackdouglas03 And with tav covering in this case to add to it. But this seems to have become a new thing all of a sudden. Any other time in history it's a clear yellow and there's no further discussion.

@StevenF40118655 They will never improve while they’re part time. Everything is half arsed, VAR lite, no goal line tech, part time officials and this is the result. Discourse every single weekend over decisions.

@Itswayoverthere Which is my point. We’re at a point now where there are genuine shouts for this to be a red card, it’s a yellow and nothing more. However, I will say if Leonard’s was a red last week I would love to know the justification for this one not being red.

@GorgieOpinion Yup and that shouldn’t have been a red either. Inconsistency is a major issue though can’t be one rule for one and not the other

@aboyd1888 Yes a line needs to be drawn somewhere, the inconsistency is shambolic and it’s only going to get worse in the last 5 games with every game having so much riding on it.

@jackdouglas03 I have. I see a player lying on the deck head the ball in an area where he is risking being kicked in the head. Apply that law and it’s an indirect free kick to Motherwell.
