There are a handful of writers and directors that would be capable of creating a great blade film. MCU simply chose not to explore those options. It’s not because they couldn’t, or “it don’t work like that”. You had options. Coogler could’ve advised them on said options. Dropping the ball on the first marvel film character that literally saved the entire company from drowning was a choice. There might not be an MCU had Wesley snipes not gotten that movie made. Nigga MICHAEL JACKSON was considering buying marvel to get them out of the shit they were in.
