What will the implications if any be going into 2028 if Abdul El-Sayed, Francesca Hong, and Graham Platner all win their races?

Sharif Street in a debate with Chris Rabb today denied taking AIPAC money, though the portal AIPAC uses to funnel money to candidates previously featured him. Maybe he didn’t know about? That’s unlikely, but merits scrutiny.

Ala Stanford, a Democrat running in dark blue PA03 (Philly), wants to abolish ICE. She requests a “pause” to think about it when asked on @NBCPhiladelphia who should enforce immigration law. Then says: “Not the executive branch. So not the president. So it belongs with Congress.”

Ala Stanford, PA-03 candidate, freezes when asked who would enforce immigration laws if ICE is abolished and asks NBC to pause the interview so she can think about it "It's a good question. And you can um– pause because I just want to think about it." "Well, we need to continue though." "Oh, okay. Who do I think should be in charge of enforcing immigration laws? Not the executive branch, because the executive branch is self-serving." "But who should be on the ground? I mean, there are immigration laws in this country, and a border. If you've abolished ICE, who handles it?" "Understood. So you can't– Once you abolish you have to rebuild." "So are you saying have no ICE?" "I'm saying the connotation of that word is so negative that you would need a new name."

Breaking Points spoke with Pennsylvania state Rep. Chris Rabb, who is running for Congress in Philadelphia’s 3rd District, where he said voters are looking for authenticity and anti-establishment politics—and candidates willing to reject corporate PAC money, call the destruction in Palestine a genocide, and back policies like Medicare for All. Rabb said Democrats must connect foreign policy to material concerns at home, saying money spent on war could instead fund childcare, housing, and other urgent needs. His foreign policy positions include calls for the release of thousands of Palestinians held in Israeli torture prisons, support for the Palestinian right of return, and an end to the U.S. blockade on Cuba. @chrisrabb | @ryangrim | @emilyjashinsky

Philadelphia congressional candidate Ala Stanford, when asked at a debate last night why she had to that point refused to call Israeli actions in Gaza a genocide and had even compared doing so to using anti-Black racial slurs, said doing so is “hurtful” for Israelis being accused

FRIDAY, MAY 1ST: Tune in as @hasanthehun comes to St. Louis to join Cori Bush in honor of May Day! Cori and Hasan will team up in STL to demand livable wages, abolishing ICE, and guaranteeing the education, housing, and healthcare that our communities deserve. More details to come soon!

Chris Rabb could have very easily won my vote by focusing on things that will improve Philadelphia and America like M4A & Climate Change but instead he’s chosen to focus his campaign on an issue he knows little about that doesn’t affect Philadelphia at all.

Called it. The Philadelphia Inquirer has officially endorsed Chris Rabb for Congress in PA-3
