@PaddyTalksGolf highlights limitations in the handicap calculation system. Using your top 8/20 scores (40% of your golf) as a judgement of your golfing capabilites is flawed. A better approach would be to increase it to 15/20 (75% of your golf). I wonder how many people would remain at scratch?
