@shamus1956 @BBCNews gov.uk/government/pub… How about the Gov't's own website? The point is there was a huge pandemic exercise done in 2016 which concluded UK was massively unprepared for one. That's how you make poor decisions before the pandemic, by not acting upon your own failed exercise
