@virginmedia No outages in the area. Was working fine until 11ish last night and just stopped.

@virginmedia internet has dropped AGAIN!!

@virginmedia intermittent internet for past 2 days making it impossible to WFH without tethering (thanks @SMARTYMobileUK). no issues reported in postcode (SE15). Router reset makes no difference.

@virginmedia ^MM - the missed appointment was 5 months ago. Internet returned without engineer. Now my internet is down for the 4/5th time today and without internet I cannot work. What recourse do I have?

@virginmedia No contact from them after confirmation of appointment and simply no showed, but never mind. Checker says ‘There is intermittent issue in my area’. Internet is back up, but not the point - it can’t be trusted.

@virginmedia I only have wireless connections running off it, and no easy way to check wired.
