Everything in our program is earned ⚡️ Two years ago, Sibley was 83–86. Last year, after bone spur surgery, he fed machines, charted, ran errands, hit fungo, anything to help his team while rehabbing. His rehab was built different ⚡️ • Pulse early to build feel • Objective feedback • Arm speed goals • Return to strength • Workload management From his first throw, to his first mound, to today sitting 91–93 for the first time in his life (67%K), his teammates were there for every step. That’s culture. And it’s special. ⚡️

Hunter Pudlo Last year: Tommy John from a bone spur + years of UCL damage. Replaced with the brace. Like Sibley ⬇️ He fully embraced an individualized return to throw. And he’s another “How can I help?” type of teammate. Returning to Action From surgery is where a ton of growth is made, only if you strive for it. Plenty of room to grow with where we are at sitting 94-98 today. Welcome back, big dog. ⚡️ The best Players are in your Program.
