Early rain may have started the day, but it certainly didn’t stop the fun at the Partnership For Children of Wayne County/Smart Start event at the Wayne County Fairgrounds! What a fantastic day it turned out to be! The children had an amazing time exploring all the different trucks on display, and the helicopter was definitely a crowd favorite! We enjoyed seeing familiar faces, making new friends, and spending time with so many wonderful parents, grandparents, and incredible children throughout the day.
