I got awesome news today that I get to finally start therapy come December. I started searching in February, quit after 2 months of nothing working out. Got diagnosed in May. Started meds in June. Went through a major depressive period all summer…

Also partook in the Confidence cohort and saw students open themselves up in courageous ways. Incredible class being taught! Had about 150 conversations outside the classrooms with students, had lunch with 2 persistent ones and shared a beer, coffee and tears with others @UOsojc

Amazing 24 hours in Eugene. Got to connect with the @allenhallad students and chat about emotions. Then got incredibly vulnerable with J100 #MPATUO Had nearly 100 students stay after the lecture for hugs and tears. Meeting each of you fills my heart so full.
