Great to see the University of Winchester West Downs Centre making the shortlist for the 2022 Civic Trust Awards. We loved working on this project - fingers crossed for the announcement in March.

Another milestone reached on our Newson’s Yard project for Grosvenor, with the polished concrete floor to the grand central space now installed. Lovely to see the original trusses and Victorian brickwork working alongside the CLT mezzanine level and new rooflight
