@scorpiondollz doctors don't help much with POTS anyway 🥲 i got mine diagnosed but the only thing they can do is heart rate and blood pressure meds if you really want them. all the other POTS tips you can follow without a diagnosis (compression garments, more salt/electrolyes, etc)! m
