@itsraechill Ultrasound tech here! Focal pain RLQ (you can pin point exact spot), might have fever/chills/nausea/vomiting. You might feel better when putting pressure on the area but have discomfort when you let go (rebound tenderness). Appendix can hide on u/s, CT is the "gold standard"! 🤞
