During the BVCF meeting on 14 July, the committee decided to open another window of share sales from 19 August to 9 September 2022, to give producers an additional opportunity to buy shares. Only N$ 54 million shares will be available and will be sold on a first come basis.

The results of the #MTC #MOCNW IPO process were released this evening. In total, the IPO has raised N$2.541bn, out of a target of N$3.124bn. While falling short of the target, this IPO is more than three times larger than the previous largest IPO on the NSX.

@cirrus_capital expects the valuation of MTC to range between NAD6.0 billion to NAD7.2 billion. If successful the listing will be the largest in the NSX's history.
