WARRIORS DOWN DALLAS & ARE HEADED TO STATES‼️👊 @LukeKopetchny1 and @lukasjb_2 dropped 27 points each to co-lead 4-seed @WyomingAreaAthl (17-9) over #9 and 2-seed Dallas (18-10), final score 69-61 from Dallas HS! With Dallas leading by 13 points early in the first half, Wyoming Area would go on a 9-1 run to begin the second quarter, switching tje momentum the Mountaineers had established. WA would trail by just two at halftime (26-24), before outscoring DAL by six in the third quarter (22-16 PTS) and finishing it off in the fourth in free throws. Kopetchny shot a whopping 19 FREE THROWS, making 16 of them (84.2%) as a sophomore. Burakiewicz had three 3-pointers and was 4-for-5 from the line. @Ant1DeLucca also had three 3-pointers for 9 total points. Jude Nocito finished with 30 points to lead the Mountaineers in his final high school career game.
