Lo que Altman llama un nuevo contrato social es, leído sin el envoltorio, algo más sencillo: una alianza entre las empresas más poderosas de la historia y los gobiernos más grandes del mundo. OpenAI obtiene legitimidad. Los gobiernos obtienen la ilusión de control. El ciudadano obtiene promesas cuyos resultados llegarán en un futuro suficientemente vago como para no ser verificable hoy. Europa lleva décadas construyendo ese futuro. Si quieren ver cómo termina, solo tienen que mirar la factura de la luz.
