Just made my first $9 with findmyangle.com after 13 days of joining @shipordie_ !! 🏴‍☠️ I was stuck for YEARS at $0 trying stuff !! Thank you @jackfriks @marclou !! Also, that first customer encountered a bug that I had to fix, but I granted him 2 credits run (1 bonus). Maybe FMA (findmyangle) could turn into something bigger! Should I raise prices? Day 1: - Contacted 3 high-intent leads manually using bookmeetings.ai Goal for Day 2 : - Contact 4 high-intent leads but on autopilot (will extract the leads sourced from one of my agents, and put them through an automation). all done via bookmeetings.ai

I am starting a new #shipordie shipping mission. Getting in #shipordie made it very clear for me that: 1/ external accountability 2/ external pressure 3/ forced daily check-ins alongside others 4/ working away from home is essential for me to actually be productive. I can maintain self-motivated streak for a bit, but without forcing my dna to survive and thrive, I slowly fade back into coasting / npc life. My new product bookmeetings.ai is still in beta, and to avoid staying there indefinitely, I need to launch. Starting a new shipping mission will allow me to fix bugs while updating everyone on the features and marketing actions I take publicly, and SHIP in 30 days. I won't just code, but I will use my own saas (bookmeetings.ai) to book meetings with startups to grow bookmeetings.ai 🍀 And if I don't ship, I will be thrown overboard. Pirates do not mess around. 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️ Lets go

#shipordie marketing mission - day 3/30 - bookmeetings.ai - ✅ Going through the application again and again, testing everything, and starting sending my first linkedin messages and invites through my AI agents. Nothing fancy, just following the daily grind

Day 2/30 - bookmeetings.ai - marketing check-in Today I did not do any marketing... ✅ but I deleted all my other projects to fully focus on bookmeetings.ai I need to unblock myself, I need to make the first step in getting conversations with people, otherwise i am just stalling, it is not easy to get out of building mode.

Just did. Now it is literally all-in.

I think this is my cue to delete everyone of my project completely, and go all in on bookmeetings.ai if I want it to win, I have to go all in.

Day 30/30 of #shipordie I have never been so disciplined and focused in my life. The support from the community, the feeling of being part of something bigger than me, focuses me like never before. Even tired from life, I always ship an update because I know the pirate crew expects to hear from me in a sense. PIRATE FOREVER 4 days before I ship my new startup. It doesn't matter if things are not working 100%, I will launch anyway and give a huge discount to people who subscribe early despite bugs, give people a chance to lock a good price early. I am about to carve my signature on earth

3 weeks of marketing my mac app across youtube shorts and instagram got me exactly 1 signup and now im questioning everything

Day 29/30 - NEW SAAS - 93% done I have 5 days left before launching ✅ Implemented a big block (email sending) to my new saas. Still need do heavy testing.

@jacomakes im on shipordie too, around day 10. the part about shipping consistently because of the community is the bit i didnt expect to need this much. go get launch 3 out the door

Day 28/30 - NEW SAAS - 91% done 6 days before launching my 3rd project, and I think this is the one I want to focus on for a while. I have to say, being on #shipordie has been the best thing that happened so far, because i shipped so consistently, and part of a community that supports each other, already made few friends.
