I always think about this.
Her rapist legally forced her to reveal in court that he raped her. She managed to get her rape testimony sealed in the English court. So he sued her in Virginia and forced her to reveal to the world that he'd raped her.

She didn’t name her abuser, she simply stated she was an abuse victim and made a statement on why she withholds that and this psychopath sued her for defamation!!!!!!!!!! That’s the most important aspect of amber heard and her case, SHE DID NOT NAME HIM!

Justin Baldoni and his legal team are cowards till the end. Blake lively and her legal team have always maintained that they look forward to telling the full story and the truth of what happened. Justin Baldoni and his legal team however have been trying to sell this false bravado to the public that they’re looking forward to their day in court but their actions say otherwise. Recently they’ve been attempting to completely dismiss Blake Lively’s claims and trying to stall this case as much as possible. If they have nothing to hide or be fearful of concerning this case and that Justin Baldoni is “innocent” . Why attempt to stall this case ? Why do a last ditch effort to completely dismiss all of Blake Lively’s claims ?

Lawyers for the former and bitterly battling co-stars were ordered to call in with Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave on Monday afternoon to find out what “their client’s updated settlement position” was. It did not go well. Coming just days after Judge Lewis Liman dropped 10 of Lively’s 13 claims against Baldoni, his Wayfarer Studios execs and PR team, the individual conference calls (3 p.m. ET for Team Blake, 4 p.m. ET for Team Baldoni) saw both sides reject any deal to avert the May 18 trial.
