Coach after coach has told me, take the blame when you lose and make it about the players when you win. Yesterday was a moment missed to do the latter. Instead, wonderful moment & a bit of oxygen sucked out of the room. @CUBuffsFootball players deserved better IMO.

It is vital that he knows who he is an accepts it. It is imperative for him to express that while mentoring young blackmen.

Deion Sanders showed athletic departments across the country today that it is okay to hire a black man as a head coach and allow him to be himself, whereas before, black coaches had to fit a certain mold. Now, administrations are going to see winning and green! When before, they could only see black and white.
