This bus to Southend is very slow. Great that it’s serving lots of smaller communities, but all the roads are made so narrow with all the parked cars lining them.

@LeniDiamond @jackeparrock It was premeditated—in response to the protests across France—not in direct response to Macron's speech. The hecklers shouted something to the effect of "where is French democracy?"

French President Macron is being heckled massively at the Nexus Institute in the Netherlands, disrupting his speech on the ‘Future of Europe’. He says he’s willing to answer the questions but the protesters were continuing to shout. Macron dealt with it smoothly to be fair.

@jadvess Sure, and it can vary as a consequence of all sorts of material effects. Cognitive warfare goes deeper, and asks questions about how groups arrive at decisions, what are the best and worst approaches, and what areas are vulnerable to change?

Where information warfare endeavoured to change what people believe, cognitive warfare is an attempt to change how a people think, e.g. deprioritising science and logic so people decide by emotion. defenseone.com/ideas/2023/04/…
