This bus to Southend is very slow. Great that it’s serving lots of smaller communities, but all the roads are made so narrow with all the parked cars lining them.

Hello everyone! Here’s a sneak peak of my contribution to the anthology Boxes Vol. 2 by @thirdbearpress 🧜🏾‍♀️✨ The Gatherer haunts the shadowy depths beneath the waves– she’s a sea witch, a maternal enigma, and a creature of the deep.

In 15mins the world lying-down championship, which takes place in Montenegro, will enter its 45th day. I remind you that the previous record was 4 days. There are still four competitors remaining, aiming for the prize of €1000.
James Harkin@JamesHarkin

The world lying-down championships is currently taking place in Montenegro. Until this year, the record was just over 4 days, but as of yesterday there are still 7 competitors remaining and they’re into day 23.

@robevansgdn @davidleighx Love the addition of a running total on this piece. Also, wonder which FTSE 100 companies the Royal Family had invested in...

The audit throws into sharp relief the Windsor family’s most valuable financial asset: total immunity from inheritance tax. It has probably allowed Charles to receive his mother’s wealth free of any contribution to the public purse. theguardian.com/uk-news/ng-int…

Ever wondered why the ace of spades is the card that's on all the t-shirts and skateboards? Why it's the one that people write songs about and plaster all over their album artwork? There's a reason for it, and it might surprise you... link.medium.com/YSXndMD55yb

London is losing its kids by the hundreds as young families can no longer afford to live there. The city risks entirely eradicating the groups who make its boroughs genuine communities, rather than hubs for property investors and wealthy professionals. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

@LeniDiamond @jackeparrock It was premeditated—in response to the protests across France—not in direct response to Macron's speech. The hecklers shouted something to the effect of "where is French democracy?"

French President Macron is being heckled massively at the Nexus Institute in the Netherlands, disrupting his speech on the ‘Future of Europe’. He says he’s willing to answer the questions but the protesters were continuing to shout. Macron dealt with it smoothly to be fair.

@jadvess Sure, and it can vary as a consequence of all sorts of material effects. Cognitive warfare goes deeper, and asks questions about how groups arrive at decisions, what are the best and worst approaches, and what areas are vulnerable to change?
