This customer support scene is so tragic because Bear’s true intent gets completely overshadowed by Nikki’s screaming. He called to fix the wish, that's an active attempt to make things right. The narrative frames him as the monster, but visually, he’s the one completely breaking down from the anxiety of it all #Obsession

The ending is unsettling because, for the first time, Nikki finally got the version of Bear she’d always wanted. In that moment, she believed he loved her with the same intensity she loved him. That’s what makes the ending so disturbing, it wasn’t just about obsession anymore, but about a fantasy becoming real in the worst possible way. #obsession
