Mind you I was at 20-22 EF when I was originally diagnosed. He’s definitely gonna have to make some life changes and be on medication for the rest of his life lol

As someone with heart failure you can absolutely come back from 25% EF. So I’m wondering if he “has months to live” or has months to live if he continues going at the rate he’s going because those two things are vastly different.
