@jaidenwl Maybe! My take is that it needs to be sufficiently difficult reading Perhaps smth that challenges your pre-existing assumptions, makes you think at many turns. Should evoke more System 2 thinking (not sure if any fiction outside of the classics touches this)

Reading is a form of meditation Or, of training the mind to focus deeply for long stretches of time without distraction This is pronounced with more difficult/dense writing (classics are good for this, or anything by Taleb) Overwhelmingly positive effects from this practice
