@Bengaluru_One - please introduce the token system at centers. Weekend average waiting time runs in multiple hours and you invariably have random people joining the queue and arguments breakout. This has become a regular phenomenon

@NandanNilekani - 4th visit to Bangaloreone to update aadhar records but every visit has something new. Forced to visit as online updates udai portal even after payment not reflecting. 1947 not much of help.

Weekends centered are so crowded that things are very unstructured. There are enough smart ones who invariably has an emergency or piyck argument to skip the queue..

@JaquarGroup I did speak with a CC agent this morning who inturn looped someone from the Bangalore team to speak with me. I was told I will get a call shortly from the engineer for resolution but nothing as yet . This conversation happened around 10 am and no news as yet
