Parlamentem v tomto týdnu prošla novela energetického zákona Lex OZE 3, která do české energetiky zavádí (s 5letým zpožděním) mnoho zajímavých novinek. Z výše uvedených grafů vyplývá, že baterie v tomto bytovém domě je téměř půl roku úplně zbytečná. Výroba fotovoltaiky téměř nepřesahuje spotřebu bytového domu. Elektrárna negeneruje během zimy přebytky, ze kterých by se mohla baterie dobíjet. Ovšem v nové energetice může SVJ kapacitu svojí baterie "prodat" agregátorům systémových služeb, kteří poskytují tzv. flexibilitu. Zjednodušeně řečeno, SVJ může svoji baterii za peníze pronajmout někomu, kdo si ji bude nabíjet a vybíjet nikoliv podle potřeb SVJ, nýbrž podle aktuální potřeby distribuční sítě, a to v zájmu dosažení její stability. Tato fyčura bude dostupná přibližně od poloviny letošního roku, až novela Lex OZE 3 vejde v platnost. A bude dostupná nejen vlastníkům bytových domů, ale komukoliv, kdo má u svojí fotovoltaiky baterii. Cena baterií už je dokonce tak nízko, že lze v krátké době očekávat rozmach instalací baterií do domácností, které budou fungovat samostatně bez solárních panelů. 6/6

@majavoje the book is true wealth of knowledge. A lot of references and examples. The only pitty that they are quite often impossible to read, e.g. positioning/messaging. This is truly degrading the value

But the startup time still far from optimal approx. 120s . @steren is the download time from Artifact. registry included into startup probe? Not saying that is the cause of it, still belive it is on our side. just want have clarity

@jak_sky @steren Maybe you're memory constrained? Try a quick test with 32Gi RAM and see if it changes anything.

@steren we Are strugling with startup time. Is 240s startup time hard limit including container download? 25k file descriptors limit per instance means cloud run instance? Is there any acceleration/speedup possible when using artifact registry. Container size 4GB

@wietsevenema @steren I did try with largest instance And no statisticaly significant evidence of any change. Memory Is enough a startup boost Is also no change

@steren All files Are in image. Not 100% sure, but we see some Boots when optimized when tested localy. But startup time in CR Are a lot worse. Hence the question if image download Is included in startup probe

@jak_sky Thanks. And all these files are in the container image, right? That should already benefit from container image streaming optimizations. Are you sure the latency comes from loading the files?

@jak_sky Are you talking about deployment timing out? or startup time on new scale up event? At deployment-time, container is imported from Artifact Registry into Cloud Run, that time doesn't count in the timeout.
