Kainis! Almost forgot to take my TLD yesterday, i remembered it just before I went to bed around 10pm. I slept like an hour and then i woke up and hindi na ako nakatulog.... huhuhu

After lunch i walked almost 4kms just to clear my mind. Gusto ko mapagod paa ko kakalakad para paguwi ko mas maiisip ko amg pagod kesa madepress nanaman. Pero while i was walking it was raining but didnt care anyway naglakad pa rin ako.

Day 2 of grieving: Woke up sad because I get to remember you again. Missing our bonding moments, and then I start to cry hard again. Still pursued gym today and It felt better maybe because I get to have another deadlift PR of 405lbs and because of the happy hormones.

Lost a close friend friend today from Advance HIV Disease condition. A missed opportunity for me to advocate for ART. At the end of the day its a personal decision. I cannot save everyone but i'll try to save as much people as I can in our community. 😢😢😢

Please don't normalize EMERGENCY REFILLS. Your ART is your lifeline, so we should consider it as our number 1 priority.

Hello TLD we meet again. Due to the recent Dolutegravir solo issue I decided to go back to TLD. Just have to monitor my Creatinine after a month. Had a baseline Creatinine this morning hopefully result will still be normal.

Scheduled my ARV Refill today with my hub. I'm currently on Lami/Zido + Dolu. Unfortunately our hubs Dolutegravir 50mg is out of stock. So my refill is currently on hold until the replenishment arrives. 😢😢😢
