Indeed, we made serious mistakes here.
We invested all our energy into propping up the system of the previous generations. Of course, in the hope that we could gradually change the system for the better. That change never came. The demographic gap was simply too large. We were always far too few in number to break the democratic power of the Boomers and the generations before them.
The Millennials saw that and are now enjoying the remaining wealth for as long as it still exists. It doesn’t help us, but it’s also completely understandable.
To maintain our level of work performance, we increasingly handed our children over to the Boomers.
While the Millennials are capable but, for understandable reasons, unwilling to continue, the ideological madness of the Boomers has destroyed Gen Z.
