@TheSzef Love it but the designs on the wheels look slightly off. Is that just the image?

@Lucaecom If you have a US store and want to go to AUS for example, would you create a new store in AUD?

As stupid as it sounds, taking your monthly revenue from €50k to €100k is just a few mouse clicks away. Most founders overcomplicate this part of scaling, but I’ve helped brands through this exact process and it always comes down to one simple truth, if something’s working in one market, it’ll probably work in 5 more.
Analyzing which markets you're in right now and which channels you're using is where we start with every brand. If you're only on Facebook and only in one country but have profitable ads running, you're actually in the perfect position to scale without changing anything that's already working.
If you have successful ads, just build the exact same store in other first world countries. Take your winning store to the USA, Canada, European countries, wherever makes sense for your product.
- Get everything translated into the local language
- Set up the local currency
- Run exactly the same ads that are already profitable
Just take what's already working and duplicate it.
This move alone should give you at least a 50% boost in revenue because here's what we've learned over and over. If an ad performs well in one country, the chances are very high it'll perform well in another. The only real exception is if you're dealing with very seasonal products where weather makes a big difference, but besides that, your odds of success are strong. This is why we typically start with five different countries because you only need one of them to hit to make this whole process worth it.
Once you've got your international expansion running, the next most important step is going omnichannel.
What I mean by that is trying to monetize as many social media ad platforms as possible. It's not guaranteed to work every time, but just like with different countries, if an ad is performing well on Facebook, it's very likely to perform well on Pinterest and TikTok too. Take your winning ads and expand across platforms using exactly the same approach.
Let's break down the simple math of why this works:
€50k monthly = ~€1500/day
For 5 new stores, you just need one more doing €1500 daily and you’ve hit your target.
^ this is your path to €100k a month.
This might sound like rapid growth or a complex 2x scaling process, but honestly, it's not that hard. Once you have the right foundation in place, the right payment providers, the right supplier, the right team, going from €50k to €100k really is just a few mouse clicks away. It's about taking what works and multiplying it, not reinventing your entire business.

This 18 year old is currently turning over +$1,000,000 per month… 🤯
I interviewed him about his recent $315,000 store sale with us, his over $480,000 profit month, and his upcoming $270,000 store sale in January.

its Q4, so more dumbasses than ever are recommending different business models for the newbs to get rich in ecommerce
I have been preaching this 1 thing for a while now
find a niche of luxury looking items
fashion, home, shit you can dropship from China but looks premium
build a premium brand name sounding store
make it look shit hot, millanohome.com or whatever
run Google shopping, then PMAX
it prints buddies, and is like when I used to do $1M a month in 2017 dropshipping on facebook
like + comment GOOGLE to get the guide
