How THE FUCK do I get my instagram back. Last year they disabled my account and I’ve been trying to appeal it and i never got an answer back so they completely deleted my account since January. I did email them even tho I feel like I won’t get an answer back 😭

@MetaNewsroom @Meta I signed up for meta verified just to talk to someone at Instagram support just to be told they wouldn’t unban my account. The instagram has nothing to do with meta horizon so at this point Instagram is holding my account hostage.

@facebook Still locked out after losing my phone and authenticator app. The recovery window just glitches every time I try to use it, and support is basically non-existent unless you can actually log in — which defeats the point. Really poor experience.
