Even if therapy sessions are via phone, the therapist should be in a quiet, office space & fully focus on the client's needs and the session.Everything should be about the client.

I charge nowhere near this & I have a doctorate, Specialist training&a lot of experience. He charges a huge amount and it's not even good quality,it's scandalous. Is he aware about the programme?
