To end off this long yapathon... development stems from identifying problems and fixing them; if it takes a toi management or scratching to do so, that's fine, so long as positive framing is maintained and the player is not being made an example out of.

While it's true that no two players are the same, high-level pros are much more resilient than fans might give them credit for...
