فهل يحق من متوسط دخله 125 انه يمتلك عربية ¿¡ جميع الدول الكبرى والغنية يجب أن يكون متوسط الدخل الادنى لامتلاك عربية في حدود 2000 دولار
لان متوسط دخل الفرد تكون فيه حسابات غير العربية والبنزين كالاكل والشرب والايجارات والتأمين كحد أدنى
