@TR1ICKST4R Agree to disagree. Shinjuku was filled by many who didn’t even read jjk and just hopped in because it was every where. If u look at and actually read the story it was done fine. Again u want to see every step of the journey When that isn’t needed.

@james56pp Also the fact that yuji is a polar opposite of Yuta who is a jujutsu prodigy and yuji being a brawler. If we got to see yuji with abilities earlier on but Gege sticking to yuji being a brawler and showing his inexperience in jujutsu would’ve still worked and kept it interesting

@TR1ICKST4R The injury he had in shibuya is Jack shit compared to what he experiences later on if he can barely heal that what is he healing. A scratch. There are way to many nuances your not addressing. And again as I said it takes away how visceral the fight was

@TR1ICKST4R Again that takes away the whole duality with Sukuna imo. This isn’t like Csm where Denji and pochita are very similar. Again it more ur opinion but the way gege wrote it was better imo it makes more sense especially for the meguna reveal (yuji has to be helpless at the start).

@james56pp No ur not just understanding. I’m saying yuji unlocks shrine but not all of the abilities all at once. For example he could’ve unlocked cleave but not dismantle or since Sukuna used fuga in his body he could’ve unlocked that and not the other abilities from sukuna’s kit

@TR1ICKST4R I see ur point. I still disagree because the whole point of yuji vs choso is two inexperienced fighters. Also It takes away the impact of when Sukuna comes out and heals yujis injuries immediately (showing the insane difference between the two in power).

@james56pp Also him getting rct in shibuya wouldn’t take the stakes away as he showed that even after he learned rct in Shinjuku he hadn’t mastered it even with training. It would’ve been more interesting to see that instead of it being rushed in Shinjuku

@TR1ICKST4R his abilities to the fullest.Yuji is a brawler so seeing him have abilities that cater to that are good. Your opinion is fine to, it’s just a difference in vision. You want to see yujis growth of abilities, gege wanted to see yujis growth in combat and wanted more visceral battle

@TR1ICKST4R The issue is the fights wouldn't have been as interesting. I can understand u not liking it that’s ur opinion but it’s clear gege planned this out to allow more stakes in the story. If yuji already had shrine or blood manipulation in the yuji v choso fight the fight would be meh
