Cardiff council tweet this every year… and the deficit gets ever larger. It all needs reforming!

@LeonjWard All tax maybe? The de/underfunding of local government is arguably the biggest political issue of the last 14 years - but hardly anyone gets it unfortunately.

Not massively helpful to send a cancellation notice 4 hours after the train’s supposed to depart? Whoever’s running your CRM, I’d get a refund.

So first @AvantiWestCoast email to say the train is cancelled, then they email to say it’s NOT, then you get to the station & it IS. Rail passengers in 2024 deserve better.
