@AmericanAir has the worst service in the industry. I’m booking everything with Qatar directly from now on. I’ll use my status and miles to fly free from now on, but @AmericanAir won’t cash any more checks from me.

@AmericanAir booked me on an international flight with a 35 minute connection in Philly. When I asked them if I could take an earlier flight to Philly (that has seats available), they want me to pay an additional $4,800 . The price of the direct flight to Philadelphia is $624.
