Next week I will be giving an invited keynote lecture in Wuhan, China, at the World Digital Education Conference, a high-level event hosted by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the National Commission for UNESCO, and the Government of Hubei Province.

Our new paper in Genetica (doi.org/10.1007/s10709…) confirmed that the Plagiomnium genus is a sister group with Mnium, while the Pohlia genus is not a monophyletic group. Our analyses supported the transfer of the Pohlia genus into the Mniaceae.

Our new publication is in the ACS journal Environmental Science & Technology (doi.org/10.1021/acs.es…). We show that exposure of hepatocytes to low doses of rare earth metals, used in many aspects of technology hardware, could lead to liver damage.@WolfsonCollege @China_CoR_
