@oooooz48 I’d argue a completely new typeface, new lion, new football and the removal of certain elements aren’t minor tweaks.

I feel like I always have issues with branding at Chelsea, but you just don’t change the badge, however subtly, without informing fans of your intention to do so. It’s written into the FA rules that there needs to be a ‘thorough and extensive consultation with supporters.’

@jamesdsmitth When have Chelsea ever informed the fans when there has been a badge change? When Ken Bates changed the badge it was a huge change, unlike now.

It looks like Chelsea have changed their logo, updating across their platforms. Old - Left New - Right Different fonts, shadings of red and thinner outlines lines, thoughts ?!

@jamesdsmitth There’s barely any difference between them IMO. One is just a modern version of the other.

It’s a BRILLIANT kit IMO. Got the old school Chelsea yellow lion from the 70s, (stop associating a classic badge with CFC LDN - so lazy and inaccurate). It also echoes the 97 cup winning kit too. I love the collar, and the blue is from the 70s as well. Proper old school kit.
