Who remembers this moment in Prince of Persia (1989) where a magic mirror suddenly blocks the hero's path (and what happens afterward)? This moment was actually never planned to be in the game. My original vision was a game with lots of traps, but NO enemies... (1/10)

@jandersen I recently met Joe Flowers, who designed the Condor Cloudburst axe, among others. He says the ideal axe length is from your armpit to your hand. He recommended D. Cook’s ‘The Ax Book’ and Bret McLeod’s ‘American Axe’. I found both gorgeous and useful.

@Wattenberger The seemingly effortless way you wield all three, and your generosity and clarity sharing your understanding. There's a future where I need to get real serious about D3, and if there's a better marked path into those woods than your intro, I haven't found it.
