@jamesissitt 1/2 Hi there, I'm very sorry to hear you're not getting the service you expected. If you see a member of onboard crew or the Train Manager please let them know the situation as they may be able to help.

The 13:30 Euston to Glasgow is again declassified. @AvantiWestCoast not good service again. I am disabled passenger in first class without food and water for the long journey to Carlisle as there is no first class service. This keeps happening and no compensation is offered.

@AvantiWestCoast There is no sign of any staff. I am sat in coach K with no chance of walking to the buffet car. There is no delivery service. So I am very disadvantaged.
