🚨FINALLY!!! The U.S. Senate just did something actually useful. They voted to BAR themselves from getting paychecks during a government shutdown. No more cozy salary while the rest of the country suffers because these clowns can’t pass a budget on time. One of the only times these people have ever voluntarily taken a pay cut to their own wallets. I’m genuinely shocked they didn’t all suddenly discover a “principled” reason to vote no.
