When my friends and colleagues say that my life was in constant danger, they’re not talking about just "threats." Just within a short timeframe, I had a bullet hole put in my office window, was told to wear a concealed bulletproof vest when I'm in public, witnessed a SWAT team with ballistic shields outside of my home, and had to cooperate with an anti-terrorism unit when the rapist made implications of people's lives being in my control at TwitchCon, leading to the entire convention center being surrounded by police SUVs... This isn’t even all the things I, my colleagues, and my close ones had to endure, just to give a perspective. I don't think I need to explain why I was not talking about it publicly, but if multiple people coming forward confirming what I said is true isn't enough - a lot of information is now public records and can be accessed by anyone. There was never a lawsuit at any point; there were court orders that led to multiple cases, civil and criminal. Once again, there has never been a lawsuit. A lot of these things are public records and always have been. It was never about money. He lied to the public, and some morons ate it up despite court cases being public records. The justice courts in multiple jurisdictions deemed it necessary to provide restraining orders to protect the victims/witnesses and those around them. The burden of proof is on the prosecution, and it was MET IN FULL. The courts issued multiple PERMANENT restraining orders for many of his victims as he was vicious, unhinged, and violent, going out of his way to hurt not just his victims but those who were close to them, all just to inflict maximum damage on everyone he's hurt. Twomad has been caught destroying evidence, sending death threats to witnesses, and fabricating stuff to brainwash his audience. The judge shut down his lies during the hearing, and all of this is public records. Just a reminder that this guy got caught hiding in the court's cafeteria when he realized he would get to see one of his victims in person again. This is the same guy who was dancing on the grave of a murdered child just a year ago. This is the same guy who secretly recorded multiple videos of him committing crimes, including sexual assault and pointing a gun at one of his victims. He shared those videos with friends but was mortified to find out the court had gotten hold of them. This is public records, once again. I was told the arrest warrant was supposed to go just before the final overdose. There are multiple reasons why it took so long, the main reason being that the investigation involved many jurisdictions in multiple states and the amount of everything they had to go through has been insane. Outside of direct messages, phone calls, and livestreams, he tweeted over 17,200 times since early August alone. Also, some people interfered with the investigation, and I'm waiting on confirmation whose names I can bring up today. All while a lot of information is public or will be soon made public by the authorities, please don't bring up the victims' names and don't wish ill will on Twomad's family. I can’t stress enough that despite what he put me and others through, leading to my health complications that made me end up in ER, I’ve been actively making sure he doesn’t overdose, and while the DAs were preparing everything for prosecution, we were going to great lengths to make sure he doesn’t get hurt and gets the help he needed. Meanwhile, his rabid fanbase has been encouraging him to continue what he was doing, attacked his victims directly, and encouraged others to do the same. This isn't the hill you should die on. Stay safe.

@RhiaRyukin @Crplwalrus correct, it’s very thin so I can wear it without anyone being aware. It’s NIJ .06 iiia according to what i was told back then and it’s essentially invisible if worn with tshirts or jackets

It’s totally a valid question, sadly a lot of hostile folks really overlooked me and others mentioning the part about many trying to help him out and misrepresented some peoples opinions on the matter. I can’t get into very specific details yet but there was a lot of coordination involving gov employees to check his condition and prevent him from hurting himself, some instances were successful but unfortunately some weren’t. It’s a delicate topic but people behind the scenes know that my intentions were never to harm him, neither years ago nor recently

@Jameskii In what way were you or others making sure he didn't overdose? I have no issue with the validity of that statement I'm just genuinely curious how that was being done with an individual as mentally unhinged as him.

Among fake guns he was in possession of multiple real firearms; he used them to do heinous shit against his victims. I don’t understand the point of leaving that part out, like what do you gain from it? Like I genuinely don’t get the idea of bringing up only one part and ignoring the other entirely as if it doesn’t exist. The firearms possession investigation was done by professionals and not twitter detectives. There are court orders telling him explicitly to surrender firearms in multiple instances. I was told that he tried to dispose of his firearms instead of surrendering them. There are some things I can and can’t talk about, but it’s not like the guy was discreet about owning them and using them to terrorize people in person. Also there was no lawsuit at any point ffs why is it being parroted so much

@SidedSquare The guy went out of his way to drive out of state to my hometown and offered unsuspecting people money to help him with shit, it was terrifying and I’m so fucking sorry you guys were in a middle of it when that happened, none of you guys deserved any of that stress especially you

On a personal note, I'm fine; please take this time to show your support for James. It's hard to put into words how much damage twomad did. During Twitchcon, his death threat at James forced us and 3 guests to sleep at a hotel. There's much more I won't mention until James does.

From June to December 2023, I was James' roommate. Twomad's harassment, threats, and immaturity affected nearly every day of our lives. I'm proud of James for what he's done and endured. Twomad's death is not the closure I expected, but I'm relieved that the nightmare has ended.

@SkeleMaxJ Of all people she knew that there was never a lawsuit. In fact she has contributed quite a lot to a lot of stuff that happened over the years involving twomad and his victims. She switched sides back to back. This was her just a few days ago btw

Just got a full confirmation that i can tell the public you actively interfered with investigations and assisted twomad by revealing him confidential information provided by the authorities… and that you also encouraged him to kill himself for hours days before the tragedy, you even talked about it on streams

I can finally say it. Twomad was a rapist and a pedophile. Over the past few years he tried to murder me multiple times for helping the police & detectives in multiple states to investigate a lot of horrible things he's done. He wanted to take out multiple innocent lives by getting behind a wheel and going head on on freeway while being high on illegal drugs. He didn't succeed once as he overdosed before killing anybody, so he tried it again. Despite him trying to murder me and multiple innocent lives I've been trying to help law enforcement to make sure he's safe, doesn't get hurt and doesn't harm anybody. Please remember that he's a rapist and a pedophile, he continued to prey on the vulnerable even after the police got involved, including a 13 y/o in mental hospital. The tragedy doesn't excuse any of his actions. I will address a lot of stuff when I fully collect my thoughts. Past few months have been a total mess and reason why I ended up in ER. Please give me time.
